MebFit classes

New sessions starting all the time! 

MebFit sessions for the new year are running Jan 8—Feb 26

Finding the time and money to go to the gym can be a big barrier for Mebane citizens, so Mebane on the Move offers free workout groups held at the following times/locations.  While the groups are offered at no cost, please email us at motmprograms@gmail.com first to sign up. You will be asked to bring a liability waiver to the first class. There is something for everyone – check out the sessions below.

CLASSES FOR THIS SESSION INCLUDE:

Mondays:  

Yoga with Teresa. 8:30-9:30am @ the MACC.  All levels welcome.  Bring a mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.

Tuesdays:  

Circuit Walk with Jacki. 8:30-9:30am @ the MACC.  Meet outside in front of gate to baseball fields.  Bring light weights, water bottle.  Wear comfy clothes.  Bad weather? Meet inside the gym.

Tai Chai with Kim. 9:30-10:30am @ the MACC. Wear comfy clothes/footwear.  Bring water bottle and towel.

Zumba with Robyn 6:45-7:45pm @ the MACC.  Wear comfy clothes/footwear.  Bring water bottle and towel.

Wednesdays:

Strength class with Jacki 8:15-9:00am @ the MACC.  Bring weights, mat, water bottle and wear comfy clothes.

Thursdays:

PoundFit with Kristyn. 8:15-9:00am @ the MACC. Bring yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfy clothes.  For more info, check out www.Poundfit.com.

 

LOCATION INFO:  All sessions listed as the MACC are located at the Mebane Arts and Community Center.  633 Corregidor St., Mebane, NC.  We thank the City of Mebane for the use of their facilities.

Space is limited for some of these classes, so sign up today!  Email motmprograms@gmail.com to guarantee your spot.  In your email, include: class name, your name, age, email address, and information about your level of experience (beginners are strongly encouraged to attend!).
