MebFit classes

New sessions starting all the time! 

MebFit sessions are running September 11 – October 30, 2018

Finding the time and money to go to the gym can be a big barrier for Mebane citizens.  We have launched free workout groups being held at the following times/locations.  While the groups are offered at no cost, please email us at motmprograms@gmail.com first to sign up. You will be asked to bring a liability waiver to the first class. There is something for everyone – check out the sessions below.

CLASSES FOR THIS SESSION INCLUDE:

Mondays:

Beginner/Senior Yoga with Teresa 8:30–9:30 am at the MACC.  Bring Yoga mat, block, water bottle and wear comfy clothes.

Tuesdays:  

Circuit Walk with Jacki. 8:30-9:30am @ the MACC.  Meet outside in front of gate to baseball fields.  Bring light weights, water bottle.  Wear comfy clothes.

Zumba with Robyn 6:45-7:45pm @ the MACC.  Wear comfy clothes/footwear.  Bring water bottle and towel.

Wednesdays:

Strength class with Jacki 8:15-9:00am @ the MACC.  Bring weights, mat, water bottle and wear comfy clothes.

Thursdays:

POUND Fit with Kristyn…. 3 trial classes: November 2nd, 9th and 16th. 8:30-9:30AM at the MACC. POUND Fit is a full-body cardio and conditioning class that gives you the permission to rock using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, called Ripstix.  Come rock out with me to some of my favorite tunes! Note that all sessions listed as the MACC are located at the Mebane Arts and Community Center.  633 Corregidor St., Mebane, NC.

Space is limited for some of these classes, so sign up today!  Email motmprograms@gmail.com to guarantee your spot.  In your email, include: class name, your name, age, email address, and information about your level of experience (beginners are strongly encouraged to attend!).
