Finding the time and money to go to the gym can be a big barrier for Mebane citizens. We have launched free workout groups being held at the following times/locations. While the groups are offered at no cost, please contact us first to turn in a liability waiver and to let us know you plan to attend. In some cases, space may be limited.
Current classes:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays – 5:15 am – Bring your own mat and weights you might have. This workout is a mix of cardio and strength training, all at your own level. This class is taking a break over the winter, but will return in Spring 2012!
- Mondays & Wednesdays – 6:30 pm – Coming in the spring.
